We are proud to announce that VETpartEx – Future-Oriented Vocational Education for the Construction Sector of Ukraine has been featured in the European Commission publication “Learning, Connecting, Rebuilding: Erasmus+ Support to Ukraine”, highlighting twenty flagship Erasmus+ projects contributing to Ukraine’s resilience, human capital development, recovery, and European integration.
Within the framework of international educational initiatives, a series of practical online trainings dedicated to advanced BIM technologies and Autodesk Revit was successfully completed in May 2026.
At the Educational and Scientific Institute of the Prydniprovska State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture, experts from Leica Geosystems held an open lecture to prepare students for the CREATE 3D SCAN competition, introducing them to high-precision laser scanning and BIM technologies.
On the night of April 15, 2026, a Russian drone struck the historical building of the Educational and Scientific Institute of the Prydniprovska State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture, seriously damaging a cultural heritage site.
From 9 to 17 February 2026, at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, in accordance with the implementation plan of the international project “VETpartEx – Future-Oriented Vocational Education for the Construction Sector of Ukraine” under the Erasmus+ KA2 program, an internship on the topic “Construction standards of the European Union” was held, in which teachers of the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technology ESI «Prydniprovsk State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture», Higher Vocational School No. 1 in Rivne, State vocational educational institution «Lutsk higher vocational school of construction and architecture», State educational institution «Odesa center of vocational education», State educational establishment «Kryvyi rih center for training and retraining of workers in the construction industry» and Dnipro industrial pedagogical professional prehigher college took part.
The Center for Vocational Education and Innovation in Civil Engineering has been operating at the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technology (USUST), since May 2025, within the framework of the Joint European Erasmus+ project VETpartEx – “Future-Oriented Vocational Education and Training for the Construction Sector in Ukraine in a Partnership for Excellence.
From 27 October to 4 November 2025, teachers from the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technology, Higher Vocational School No. 1 in Rivne, State vocational educational institution Lutsk higher vocational school of construction and architecture, State educational institution Odesa center of vocational education, State educational establishment Kryvyi rih center for training and retraining of workers in the construction industry and Dnipro industrial pedagogical professional prehigher college took part in training in the didactics and methodology of vocational education, which was held at the Münster School of Vocational Education (Germany). The programme was implemented by the University of Applied Sciences in Münster as part of the international project VETpartEx – ‘Future-oriented vocational education for the construction sector in Ukraine’ under the Erasmus KA2 programme.
On May 5-6, 2025, an important coordination meeting was held at the Prydniprovsk State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture (PNCA) of the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technology (UDUST) on the implementation of the international grant project “Professional training focused on the future of the construction sector of Ukraine”
