<h2>Organizational Development<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      Implementation of an organizational structure to ensure close cooperation and sustainable innovation in VET institutions with the involvement of higher education institutions and employers in the construction sector.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"vet-block\">\n    <h2>Structuring and Assessing Competencies<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      Development and implementation of a model for identifying, structuring, and documenting relevant skills and competencies in the respective technological fields, as well as a systematic approach to assessment and certification.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"vet-block\">\n    <h2>Competency Development<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      Transfer of know-how to VET institutions by experts from higher education, teachers, or vocational trainers, based on the needs of the Ukrainian construction sector; development, testing, and adaptation of modern curricula for construction training institutions based on EU standards in the format of (Massive) Open Online Courses (M)OOCs or Open Educational Resources (OERs).\n    <\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"vet-block\">\n    <h2>Competency Dissemination<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      Nationwide implementation of the (M)OOC-based qualification upgrade program and support programs for teachers and vocational trainers.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"vet-block\">\n    <h2>Project Activities<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Kick-off conference<\/li>\n      <li>Establishment of the VETpartEx organization (Ukrainian Center for Vocational Education and Innovation in Civil Construction)<\/li>\n      <li>Organization of teacher training<\/li>\n      <li>Development of curricula, (M)OOCs, OERs, and setup of a platform with repositories for existing and newly developed (M)OOCs, OERs, and micro-qualifications<\/li>\n      <li>Publication of curricula and micro-qualifications<\/li>\n      <li>Final conference<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"vet-block\">\n    <h2>Expected Results<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      The project will support the development of curricula adapted to labor market requirements, enabling graduates of VET institutions and adults (with particular attention to vulnerable groups such as veterans, persons with disabilities, and internally displaced persons) to better meet labor market demands.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n      New curricula will be implemented in 5 VET institutions.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n      The development process will be completed with new teaching materials, as well as (Massive) Open Online Courses (M)OOCs and Open Educational Resources (OERs).\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n      A Center for Vocational Education and Innovation in Civil Construction will be established with the participation of Ukrainian VET institutions and higher education institutions.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p
